monthly restorative sound bowl meditation

Monday Dec. 2nd | 6:30-7:30pm | Kim’s house in Mission Hills | $35

December's Sound Bath is all about Giving and Receiving. With the holidays upon us as well as end-of-the-year energy, this feels like the perfect time to create balance. Oftentimes it seems we give, give, give, until we feel depleted, and when it comes to receiving help, receiving sleep, etc. we suffer or resist.

If you're feeling stressed about the holidays or wrapping up the year, this one's for you. If you're resisting or struggling with something going on in your life, this one's for you. If you're wanting to expand your happiness, this one's for you.

In this sound healing meditation, we'll focus on harmony and balance in mind and body.

Please join Kim Bauman for a Sound Bowl Meditation with gentle stretches, a guided meditation, and Sound Bath. $35. Space is very limited to 11 people. Book now to save a spot.

REGISTER for Dec. 2nd: Venmo $35 to @kimbauman. Include your email in comments to receive event confirmation & day-of details.

REFUNDS: Full refunds offered if cancelled anytime the Thursday before.

WHAT TO KNOW: Address will be sent in advance. Please be early as we won't be able to come down and let you in through the gate once the session has started. We'll start right on time @ 6:30pm, arrive as early as 6pm.

LOCATION: Kim’s house in Mission Hills (address sent beforehand to include parking instructions)

WHAT TO EXPECT: Community, getting connected with like-minded individuals + a calming, refreshing experience that will inspire you forward from where ever you are in your life.

WHAT TO BRING: Wear comfy clothes, bring a yoga mat, water bottle, eye mask/bolster/blocks/blanket to support you resting comfortably for an extended amount of time.

live podcast event: Conversations For A Cause

Granting wishes for people in need.

We got to surprise a young man who’s turning 18 this year and is ready to leave the Indian reservation he grew up on and study to become a vet tech (apparently he’s an animal whisperer). This young man has had to grow up too soon with being the oldest of 4 kids raised by a single mom, with abuse & alcoholism loud in his family. We are so proud of him for choosing a different route and for being an example for his siblings. We surprised him with 100% of proceeds from this event!!! Which means if you purchased a ticket, the entire ticket is going to him, thanks to our sponsors Cathy Lewis, Tanya Dawn, and Tim Dwight. Big shoutout to @nativelikewater for connecting us with this family to surprise.

2018 Tour | San Jose, Las Vegas, Huntington Beach

p1440 is a movement all about living fully every minute of the day, all 1440 of them. Founders Kerri Walsh Jennings and Casey Jennings wanted to bring a technology and live platform that would engage you to living out loud having access to health & wellness, entertainment, and inspiring conversation.

This partnership has meant the world to us. We remember following Kerri Walsh Jennings as far back as 2004 when she and Misty May won their first Olympic gold medal in beach volleyball, and since then Kerri has always been our favorite. Today she’s a three-time gold medalist and one-time bronze medalist and the most celebrated beach volleyball player of all time, men’s and women’s.
